Milo is an enterprise-grade autonomous AI co-worker that seamlessly integrates into existing organizational environments. Milo takes on certain roles (e.g. AI Account Manager) and engages like a human employee using the channels people actually like, e.g. Slack, Teams, WhatsApp, etc.

Milo is built around our bespoke data layer aka Context-Aware Unified Data Model (CAUDM). Milo ingests data from various sources (e.g. tools, documents, databases) and integrates this data by building and growing dynamic relationships. Milo doesn't care where the data comes from, only what it represents. This allows Milo to interact with the CAUDM instead of permanently calling APIs - becoming smarter and more autonomous with every interaction and data point.

Milo can currently act as an AI Account Manager. Soon, he will be able to also act as an Executive Assistant.

Milo interacts like a human co-worker through any channel you like. Send Milo a voice note on WhatsApp, or a Slack message. Forward Milo an email or tag him in a Teams channel. Use what you like, no need to learn and juggle another new tool.

Milo differs fundamentally from AI agent platforms by being built with enterprise readiness in mind, i.e.
(1) Milo is built on a bespoke data layer—our Context-Aware Unified Data Model—which dynamically connects the dots across all data types by building logical relationships. Unlike competitive products that call APIs constantly, Milo leverages its data layer instead. This results in greater accuracy and efficiency, using enriched, contextually relevant data.
(2) Milo interacts like a human, using your existing communication channels (e.g. WhatsApp, Slack, Teams, etc.) instead of "introducing yet another tool."
(3) Enterprise readiness means hallucination-free. To achieve this, Milo leverages the best available technologies, including Machine Learning, Generative AI (LLMs), and "good old" functional code.
(4) Milo’s backend is built entirely from scratch. We do not use pre-made agent frameworks like LangChain or similar, giving Milo maximum flexibility to adapt to any enterprise environment.
